a decent stay
convenient location easy access efficient elevator disorganized front desk unintuitive setup low floor
The location was very convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. also, charing cross station was nearby, so getting to the airport was easy. the elevator was efficient. I did not wait long at all.
The front desk seemed disorganized. it was right next to a coffee stand and the setup was not intuitive. i had requested a higher floor, but i received a room on the first floor. their justification for this was to allow me to check in straight away. I dont understand.

no refund blank guide
The room was clean and quiet despite the central location.
I prepaid for three nights, but plans changed. The hotel refused to refund the unused nights even though I notified them promptly. The television also did not function properly as the channel guide remained blank.
