The location was very convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. also, charing cross station was nearby, so getting to the airport was easy. I did not wait long at all.
The front desk seemed disorganized. it was right next to a coffee stand and the setup was not intuitive. i had requested a higher floor, but i received a room on the first floor. their justification for this was to allow me to check in straight away. I dont understand.

The room was clean and quiet despite the central location.
I prepaid for three nights, but plans changed. The hotel refused to refund the unused nights even though I notified them promptly. The television also did not function properly as the channel guide remained blank.

the location was really central. it was easy to walk to many sites (i liked being so close to everything). the room was clean, and i found the staff very helpful .
i requested a high floor, but i got a room on the first floor. it overlooked the street, and there was some noise. the minibar only included water and milk, and we never received the milk (which was a bit disappointing).
